Job Summary
Permanent, full-time teaching role at Aspect Vern Barnett School in Forestville with availability to work across satellite sites in Forestville, St Ives, Lane Cove, and Eastwood. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-informed, student-centered learning for children on the autism spectrum, in small class sizes, collaborating with teacher aides, school psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to tailor programs to individual student needs. Requires NSW NESA teaching registration; Special Education qualifications are preferred; NSW Working with Children Check clearance; may require a current driver’s licence or LR licence depending on location; international police clearance may be requested. Competitive base salary and allowances, plus professional development opportunities and benefits. Start dates aligned with Term 3 2026 or Term 1 2027, with pro rata arrangements for part-time, and eligibility for salary packaging and additional benefits. Applications close 22 June 2026.
Required Qualifications
- NESA registration to teach in NSW
