Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations by managing large teams, developing staff, and ensuring high standards in food design and ingredient quality. Motivate the kitchen brigade while maintaining strong working relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires 2+ years of chef experience within restaurants, hotels, or event catering, with the ability to work nights and weekends. Valid right to work in the UK is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Chef experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
- A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Be passionate about customer service
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Have ambition for success
