Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations by managing large teams, developing staff, and ensuring high standards in food design and ingredient quality across restaurants, hotels, and sporting venues. Motivate and inspire cooks while maintaining strong working relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. This permanent role requires 2+ years of chef experience, the ability to work nights and weekends, and valid right to work in the UK. Candidates must demonstrate ambition for success and a passion for food trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Chef experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
- A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Be passionate about customer service
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Have ambition for success
