Permanent Building Substitute - Stepney Elementary School

Performs as a substitute teacher implementing daily instructional plans, follows district curriculum and state standards, maintains a productive classroom environment, and serves as a positive role model. Collaborates with the building administrator and other teachers to minimize transition issues between substitute and classroom teacher. Administers assessments, maintains records, communicates with parents as needed, attends staff meetings and participates in committees as required, and supports district goals and policies. Must be able to implement instructional plans, use varied instructional techniques, and maintain professional demeanor and appearance at Stepney Elementary School in Monroe Public Schools.
