Job Summary
Deliver specialist speech and language therapy to adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions; work within a multidisciplinary team including neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation support workers; contribute to personalised rehabilitation programmes that include clinical, educational, and therapeutic sessions; support the development of personal, social, and domestic skills, guided leisure activities, and vocational training; maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development; promote access to the local community and support behavioural management strategies.
Required Qualifications
- recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered
- full member of RCSLT
- experience working with adults in neurorehabilitation settings
- excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
