Job Summary
Care Partner to provide peritoneal dialysis support for an adult patient in Quincy, MA. Primary responsibilities include assisting with peritoneal dialysis procedures, ensuring proper setup, monitoring, and breakdown of dialysis equipment and supplies, observing the patient during treatments, reporting changes to the dialysis nurse or clinical team, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, and delivering professional, patient-centric care. The role requires familiarity with peritoneal dialysis systems, ability to follow clinical protocols, and strong communication within a clinical team. Comprehensive training will be provided, and a background check is required. Consistent, single-client work with training and clinical team support.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with peritoneal dialysis strongly preferred
- Familiarity with peritoneal dialysis systems is preferred
- Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete provided training
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and accurately communicate observations
- Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team
