Evaluate used vehicles in negotiation at concessionaries using the AUTOAVALIAR system, inspecting mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and paint conditions to define pricing and close sales. Perform detailed inspections of client-delivered vehicles to verify consistency with proposed negotiations, ensuring ethical transparency. Document vehicles with photographs and cross-reference data with corporate systems and vehicle documents for accuracy. Enter evaluated vehicles into the corporate system to enable rapid proposal generation and submit daily evaluation spreadsheets to the Commercial Board for decision support. Coordinate with the Transfer Manager to secure appropriate financial conditions for incoming vehicle negotiations and assist clients, insurers, and workshops throughout the claims process from initiation to conclusion.
