Job Summary
Assist in perioperative services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring availability of supplies and equipment, maintaining the anesthesia machine and cart, upholding safety and infection control standards, supporting anesthesia and OR personnel, promoting efficient turnover, maintaining a clean and safe operating room, and transporting specimens and supplies between departments while contributing to a professional patient-care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Technician Certification from the State of New Hampshire required, unless other current NH state license is held
- BLS required
Desired Qualifications
- One year of operating room or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Medical Technician Certification from the State of New Hampshire required unless other NH state license is held
- BLS required
