Job Summary
Perioperative Nurse Educator part-time days at AdventHealth Littleton. Responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and coordinating orientation for individuals new to the nursing unit/department using ANPD standards, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the NPD Practice model. Develops education plans for new graduates, experienced nurses, and ancillary staff; coordinates competency validation, coaching, simulation-based learning, and ongoing professional development; ensures regulatory standards and continuing education credits where applicable; promotes certification and advanced education; collaborates with academic partners and stakeholders to support interprofessional care and lifelong learning. Requires a Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN) with RN licensure, BLS, and relevant experience; PALS preferred; CNOR and NPD-BC preferred; 2+ years nursing experience; day shift; part-time. Pay range: $38.54-$71.69 per hour.
