Job Summary

Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans based on patient history. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care while continuously monitoring patients and managing airway interventions. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams to optimize outcomes, provide post-anesthesia assessments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education. This full-time role offers flexible shift options including 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Annual earning potential ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 with performance incentives. Candidates must hold active CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure, residing within commuting distance or relocating independently.

Required Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure before employment
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program
  • National Board Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
  • Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases independently and within collaborative care models
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S.-based applicants only
  • Holds active CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility)
  • Demonstrates outstanding anesthesia knowledge and sound clinical judgment
  • Provides safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
  • Communicates effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and patients
  • Thrives in fast-paced perioperative environments
  • Maintains exceptional documentation and patient safety standards
  • Resides within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania
  • Meets every required qualification while demonstrating multiple preferred qualifications
  • No active CRNA certification or inability to obtain Pennsylvania licensure
  • Inability to independently manage anesthesia responsibilities
  • Poor communication or teamwork skills
  • Applicants requiring employment sponsorship
  • Applicants who do not currently reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, or cannot relocate independently
  • Candidates who do not meet the core qualifications required for this position

Desired Qualifications
