Job Summary
Provide full-scope periodontal and implant surgery, including pocket reduction and osseous surgery, soft-tissue grafting and flap procedures, crown lengthening, and implant placement, with potential same-day surgical care alongside scheduled consults and follow-ups. Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to support efficient care delivery and case acceptance; maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards. DDS/DMD required with CODA-accredited Periodontics residency; active Texas dental license; Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred. Flexible scheduling and travel into El Paso welcomed and supported.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency
- Active Texas dental license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
- Experience providing periodontal and implant surgery in a clinical practice setting
- Comfortable working within flexible scheduling models, including occasional same-day surgical care
