Job Summary
Diagnose and treat periodontal and peri-implant disease while providing full-scope periodontal and implant surgery, including pocket reduction, soft-tissue grafting, crown lengthening, and implant placement. Manage a mix of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups based on patient need, collaborating with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to support efficient care delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards. This part-time surgical opportunity involves two days per month in Killeen, TX, with travel into El Paso welcomed for candidates seeking predictable clinical days alongside existing practice commitments.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency
- Active Texas dental license
- Comfortable working within flexible scheduling models, including occasional same-day surgical care
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
- Experience providing periodontal and implant surgery in a clinical practice setting
