Job Summary
Perform periodic maintenance on all makes and models of forklifts at customer locations, including minor repairs such as lights, belts, engine tune-ups, and hoses. Ensure customer equipment runs in peak form to maximize uptime while traveling the area in a fully loaded service vehicle. Interact with customers directly to confirm job completion. Requires 2+ years servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks, a driver's license with a good record, and ability to work under little supervision. Tools provided.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks and construction equipment
- Self-motivation and assertive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
