Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine services including inpatient and outpatient consultations, CVS, amniocentesis, PUBS/IUT, and D&E procedures. Manage fetal therapy cases through a multidisciplinary program with pediatric subspecialists and perform diagnostic ultrasound evaluations and interpretations. Provide labor management and deliveries while sharing weekend rounding responsibilities, utilizing a four-day work week without in-house call. Deliver care at the Family Birth Center at Randall Children's Hospital and Legacy Emanuel Hospital, including inpatient services at the Family Birth Center in Vancouver, Washington. Serve diverse populations through telemedicine and remote ultrasound programs across eastern Oregon and southern Washington.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)/AOA-accredited residency training program in obstetrics and gynecology
- completion of an approved Maternal-fetal medicine fellowship program
- provided Maternal-fetal medicine inpatient or consultative services for at least 50 patients in the past twelve months
- Demonstrated competency with advanced OB ultrasound, to include evaluation and interpretation of diagnostic OB ultrasound examinations
- Medical License for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- Certification by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG)
