Job Summary
Perinatal Ultrasound Technician performing OB/GYN and fetal ultrasound examinations, operating GE, Accuson, Medison, and ATL ultrasound machines with proficiency, maintaining ultrasound logs and patient history, and identifying fetal and gynecologic anomalies. Duties include performing Level I & II ultrasounds, amniocentesis-related procedures, and providing independent ultrasound interpretation with alerting physicians to potentially dangerous conditions. Requires an Associate degree in Ultrasound, ARDMS certification, BLS, and at least one year of OB/GYN ultrasound experience. This role is based in Fort Worth, TX with standard full-time hours and no nights, on-call, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Ultrasound, required
- ARDMS, required
- BLS required
- Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance with state regulations
- A minimum of one-year specialty (OBGYN) Ultrasound Tech / Technician experience required
