Perinatal Ultrasound Technician

Perinatal Ultrasound Technician with RDMS credentialing sought to perform fetal and gynecologic ultrasounds, including complex twin/triplet scans, using multiple ultrasound systems (GE, Accuson, Medison, ATL). Responsibilities include applying fetal and gynecologic ultrasound principles, adapting to various machines, identifying fetal and gynecologic anomalies, preparing patients for Level I & II ultrasounds, and maintaining comprehensive ultrasound logs. May perform advanced procedures such as amniocentesis, PUBS, amino reduction, external cephalic version, and GYN ultrasound. Requires ability to interpret Biophysical Profiles, alert physicians to dangerous conditions, and collaborate with obstetric offices and hospital personnel. Education required is an Associate degree in Ultrasound; Bachelors preferred. RDMS is required with OB/GYN RDMS preferred. This role supports a patient-centered care environment within HCA Healthcare’s MSO – MC Plano OB & MFM.
