Perinatal Sonographer

Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations ordered by attending physicians, acquiring and analyzing imaging data to generate preliminary reports within the PACS system. Communicate findings to physicians to support clinical decision-making while assisting with ultrasound-guided procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining patient privacy standards. Serve as a communication link between patients and physicians to ensure clear understanding of procedures and findings. This full-time role includes Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) shifts with occasional overtime, located at a women's health clinic in Reno. The position supports a collaborative perinatal care environment where sonography plays a key part in diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care alongside a team of supervising physicians.
