Job Summary
Perinatal Sonographer in the Metro Atlanta area responsible for outpatient perinatal diagnostic ultrasound under the direction of a Perinatologist. Perform professional duties in diagnostic imaging for high-risk obstetrical cases, operate sonography equipment independently, and report results through EMR and PACS. Adhere to departmental standards, manage patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance, and be willing to travel to satellite locations across multiple offices. Must be computer literate,( MS Word/Outlook ) and possess excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and time management. Travel to satellite locations is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Registered ARDMS (OB/GYN) or ability to become registered within one year
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program
- A minimum one-year high risk OB U.S. experience required
