Job Summary
Perinatal Monitoring RN, PRN Night shift in Orlando (AdventHealth). Provides telephonic and virtual clinical care within the nursing scope, triage and develop patient care plans based on established algorithms/protocols, and escalates to emergency services when appropriate. Maintains knowledge of AdventHealth offerings, demonstrates strong customer-service skills, documents interactions in the EHR, and supports scheduling and referrals as needed. Requires RN licensure, ADN (Bachelor's preferred), BLS, and 2+ years clinical nursing experience with 1+ virtual care monitoring or care experience; Labor and Delivery and Electronic Fetal Monitoring experience are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Schedule: Per Diem Night shifts, 7:00 pm–7:00 am with weekend rotation at AdventHealth Orlando. Pay range noted: $31.53–$52.24 hourly. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience required
- 1+ year of virtual care monitoring or care experience preferred
- Labor and Delivery experience preferred
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring experience preferred
