Provides courteous responses and excellent customer service when fielding inquiries from consumers, clinic staff, physicians, colleagues, and leaders. Delivers virtual clinical care within the nursing scope of practice, utilizes critical thinking to triage symptomatic consumers, elicits questions to assess symptoms and acuity, and develops patient care plans with follow-up. Escalates to emergency response services when appropriate and documents interactions and updates in relevant systems. Maintains knowledge of AdventHealth offerings, adheres to workflows and scripting, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork. Requires RN license, associates nursing degree, BLS, and 2+ clinical nursing experience; virtual care monitoring experience and Labor & Delivery/Electronic Fetal Monitor experience preferred; English, with Spanish bilingual preferred.
