Job Summary
Conduct daily operations at West Kowloon Performing Arts venues and events while learning to plan smooth frontline operations with excellent visitor experiences. Assist in collecting feedback from visitors and gain practical training in programming, operations, and technical arts. Work full-time for six months under the supervision of professional staff in the Performing Arts Division. Learn about WestK's facilities and their current development through hands-on engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative region
- Bachelor degree or above in Event management, hospitality, tourism, business or related disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in working professionally in performing arts, performing arts venue operations, tourism and hospitality fields
- Some relevant working experience in customer service area
