Job Summary
Lead and manage PerformanceIQ® Services projects from a production process perspective, focusing on identifying new sales opportunities and generating long-term service contracts. Prepare and analyze process information to drive sales of equipment and solutions within the FLS product line or consignment contracts. Conduct on-site technical audits, review process data, and provide technical support to clients regarding laboratory testing and metallurgical processes. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, promote safety culture compliance, and offer occasional support in equipment commissioning. Requires 15+ years in mining with 5+ years in plant operation, advanced English, and the ability to travel for client visits and diagnostic reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in mining: process plants, equipment, or services with at least 5 years experience in Plant Operation
- Experience in metallurgical testing at laboratory and pilot scale
- Knowledge of mining equipment for comminution, classification, separation, and others
- Management and analysis of metallurgical process data (preferably with the use of statistical data analysis tools)
- English (Advance)
- Being able to travel to customer sites to conduct client visits, present proposals, and deliver final diagnostic reports and solution recommendations
- Experience in at least one of the following: Technical sales, Service proposals, Equipment or process engineering, Consulting or optimization services
