Job Summary
Edit short-form content into polished, high-performing ads and social creatives for leading UK cosmetic dental practices. Collaborate closely with the creative team to align on campaign goals, incorporating performance data like watch time and drop-off points into future iterations. Manage multiple projects with consistency and speed, providing input on creative decisions during post-production to improve results. Deliver consistent, high-quality edits while maintaining a clean, refined aesthetic that avoids chaotic hyper-editing. Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years editing short-form video content for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of pacing, structure, and visual aesthetics
- Clean, refined editing style - high-end aesthetic, polished finish - we're not looking for chaotic, hyper-edited content
- Able to follow briefs, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with the dental or healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential
