Analyze critical project situations to identify root causes of performance, process, and result deviations, then derive concrete action measures. Independently develop operational and economic optimization concepts while redesigning warehouse and logistics processes across existing system landscapes. Lead reengineering initiatives from planning through implementation to sustainable stabilization in close collaboration with operations and central units. Translate project insights into standards, quality gates, and best practices to prevent recurring challenges. Harmonize and establish unified processes and solutions for Warehousing Solutions Germany with relevant business units. Requires a degree in logistics or supply chain management, multiple years of contract logistics experience, and strong analytical skills in KPI evaluation.
