Job Summary
The Performance Testing role at Sonsoft, Inc. requires at least 4 years of experience in Performance test strategy, execution analysis, and reporting. Candidates must have strong expertise in test tools like JMeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, and Rally. Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and analytical skills are necessary, along with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a Global delivery environment. This is a Full-Time/Permanent position.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Performance test strategy and test Design
- At least 4 years of experience in Performance test execution analysis & reporting
- Expertise in developing Test estimations and implement them
- Strong expertise in Test tools – JMeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, Rally
- Strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Communication and Analytical skills
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies
