Job Summary
Design and execute performance and load tests for CLS Settlement services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under varying loads. Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner, Perl, and Shell scripting, while enhancing and debugging Load Runner scripts. Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to non-functional requirement definitions and capacity planning. Manage defect and change processes via Jira, ensuring all activities align with business requirements and SLAs. Requires 8-10 years of experience in banking and financial services, including RTGS systems validation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of performance test experience in banking and financial services domain
- Hands on experience with Linux environment
- Cron scheduler
- Component Level performance validation and Analysis including RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)
- Experience in design and develop the Performance Test Artifacts
- Enhance and debug the Load Runner scripts and result analysis
- Contribute to non-functional requirement (NFR) definitions
- Analyse test results against NFRs and identify bottlenecks in system performance
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Perl and Shell scripting
- Hands on Experience on Defect management process (Jira) and Change Management Process
- Define and maintain performance testing strategy, test scenarios, and test data
- Contribute to performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization efforts
- Analyse system performance metrics including response time, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability
- Identify memory leaks, and potential issues (under different load conditions)
- Ensure that all performance testing activities align with business requirements and SLAs
- 8-10 years of testing experience in aligned technology or service domain
- Experience with test strategy and planning, execution, and defect management

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
