Performance Test Engineer - Senior Manager

Job Summary
Performance Test Engineer leads end-to-end non-functional testing for AI-enabled platforms and integrated enterprise workflows, designing load models, executing load and stress testing, and delivering actionable performance insights. The role focuses on ensuring response times, throughput, concurrency, and system stability across AI components (e.g., OCR, vision-language models, and LLM inference), in collaboration with AI Test Engineering, product, and DevOps teams. Responsibilities include crafting load models from real usage patterns, executing JMeter-based and distributed tests, simulating concurrent sessions, validating AI-endpoint performance, integrating performance testing into CI/CD, producing concise performance reports, and contributing to enterprise-wide testing standards. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred. Location is Bengaluru, India with hybrid work mode.,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years in performance testing
- Experience with AI-enabled systems including GenAI, LLMs, or agentic workflows
- Experience with JMeter
- Locust
- Grafana
- OpenTelemetry
- Datadog or Dynatrace
- Postman for API profiling
- AWS CloudWatch
- Experience with distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based architecture
- Ability to operate in sprint-based, iterative delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
