Job Summary
Performance Reporting, Associate role focusing on calculating performance returns and benchmarks for BXCI private, infrastructure, asset-based, and liquid credit mandates; reconciling return data with external administrators and disseminating to senior Blackstone executives; supporting marketing through DDQ/RFP data for fundraising; compiling and reviewing quarterly/monthly client and external marketing content (flash reports, portfolio quarterly reports, investor letters); calculating customized benchmark returns across fund segments and leading the implementation of proprietary software to generate real-time performance metrics; presenting quarterly returns and mandate overviews to senior investment teams. Requirements include 4+ years in Accounting/Operations/Finance, Advanced Excel/modelling, and exposure to GIPS performance reporting (IRR, MOIC); experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred. Salary range expected $110,000 - $150,000; comprehensive benefits included; position located in Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Operations, or Finance.
- Advanced Excel/modelling skills.
- Financial modelling or GIPS performance reporting experience (e.g. IRR, MOIC).
- Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industries preferred.
