Job Summary
Coordinate programme governance and project delivery across Performance Systems, Software, Race Engineering, and Controls & Systems, managing planning, RAID tracking, and action follow-up. Provide structured workforce planning support including hiring needs and contract tracking, while overseeing day-to-day team operations and compliance with policies. Facilitate cross-functional communication, escalate decision points, and produce management reporting on delivery progress and workforce status for senior stakeholders. Compile technical reports for external regulatory submissions and support budgeting processes through coordination and forecasting. Represent the team in stakeholder forums and act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline
- Minimum of 15 years' professional experience
- At least 10 years within a motorsport environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting, recruitment coordination, and contract and renewal management within a technically-led organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Comfortable with extensive travel and irregular working hours, including weekends and race days
- Ability to handle setbacks and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Trusted to manage confidential information and sensitive team matters
