Job Summary
Lead the Sports Performance Program for all Palisades Tahoe ski and snowboard teams, directing training/conditioning, physiology, biomechanics, dietetics, health and wellness, and data analytics; manage partnerships with sports medicine providers and governing bodies; develop annual LTAD-aligned goals; design and oversee strength and conditioning programs, fitness testing, athlete development plans, and program communications with athletes, parents, coaches, and managers; ensure program quality across year-round conditioning, injury prevention, return-to-sport, and staff development; maintain facilities and safety standards, collaborate with external programs, and stay current on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Coaching certification
- NSCA CSCS or NASM CPT (GPT)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with complex teams/programs
