Job Summary
Performance Officer within the Service Improvement team to monitor, analyse and report on local and force-wide performance information; identify trends, risks and opportunities; present insights to operational teams, senior leaders and partner agencies; provide evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making and drive improvements in service delivery, reduce crime and enhance community safety. Hybrid work pattern based in Coventry or Willenhall Station with responsibilities spanning governance, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration. Vetting and medical checks are part of the process, with an in-person interview as part of selection.
