Job Summary
The Performance Monitoring Associate develops performance indicators and performs root cause analysis for wind and solar assets, collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities include improving detection processes, creating BI reports, managing issue resolutions, ensuring data quality, and maintaining relationships with asset managers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in SQL, Python, or R preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years work experience in renewable energy or related field
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Experience with technical analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Oral and written communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with big data analytics and cloud computing (Power BI, Tableau, Azure)
