Performance Media Lead

Job Summary
Lead performance marketing across social commerce channels to drive revenue; allocate and optimize paid ad budgets across platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta/M-Commerce, Livestreaming Ads, Affiliate Marketing) with a focus on bottom-funnel conversions. Own campaign strategies, ensure KPIs are met, and collaborate with external agencies and internal content teams to produce high-converting creative. Mentor the internal Media Buying team and instill a revenue-driven culture. Requirements include 3-5 years of performance marketing experience with 1-2 years in leading roles, a proven track record with TikTok Shop and Meta Ads, and strong data-driven decision-making using GA4 and GTM. Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and a bias toward maximizing revenue while protecting brand equity.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- 1-2 years in a Lead or Sub-lead role
- proven track record of scaling sales on TikTok Shop and Meta Ads
- strong data analytics using GA4, GTM
- excellent at using raw data to back arguments
- high emotional intelligence (EQ) for stakeholder communication
- able to give clear, objective feedback to creative and brand teams
