Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth through data-driven testing, audience targeting, and full-funnel optimization. Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams; manage campaigns from launch to scale; monitor performance, run A/B tests, optimize budgets and bids, and produce actionable insights and reports using GA, GTM, and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or related paid platforms
- Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and paid funnel optimization
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting tools
- Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and scale campaigns profitably
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
