Job Summary

Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Plan and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth; create, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structures; collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment; monitor performance daily, run A/B tests, optimize budgets and bidding to improve ROAS and reduce CPA/CPL; analyze KPIs with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and drive scalable growth through data-driven optimization; support funnel optimization from ad click to conversion and work with sales and design teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance; stay current with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or related paid platforms
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and paid funnel optimization
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting tools
  • Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and scale campaigns profitably
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
