Job Summary
Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for executing paid social and affiliate marketing strategies, analyzing channel performance, and optimizing campaigns to hit KPIs and YOY growth. Key duties include sourcing and modifying advertising assets to ad specs, A/B testing of creative and bid strategies, building audiences from 1st and 3rd party data, assisting with Instagram Shop and direct checkout features, partnering with affiliates, approving applications, nurturing existing affiliate relationships, and producing reports that assess campaign effectiveness. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on, organized approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment within a premium fashion brand context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
- Strong Excel skills required
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands
- E-commerce apparel experience a plus
