Job Summary
Support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel performance campaigns across search, social and display to drive high-quality leads and student acquisition for university partners. Analyse campaign performance using CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA; provide data-led recommendations; continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative; deliver actionable insights and reporting; align campaign activity with broader strategies in collaboration with Marketing Managers; promote a test-and-learn approach across channels.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing
- hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Meta, Microsoft Ads and GA4
- experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and campaign planning
- strong analytical capability with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
