Job Summary
Performance Marketing Specialist tasked with planning and executing multi-platform ad campaigns for e-commerce stores to drive quality traffic and conversions, with weekly/monthly reporting. Collaborates with internal teams (Client Success, Creatives, Copywriting) and external partners (clients, marketplaces, third-party agencies) to meet performance targets. Develops budget splits, channel activations, KPI definitions, and monthly media plans; manages budgets and provides actionable insights. Responsible for executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok in-platform solutions; analyzes data, creates weekly/monthly reports, and presents findings to stakeholders. Requires 2-3 years of hands-on campaign management, proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, strong client-facing and analytical skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude. This role operates in a HYBRID work setup based in Makati City, Metro Manila.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a performance marketing analyst in an ad agency or e-commerce enabler
- Hands-on campaign management experience in digital media platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and in-platform solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Client-facing abilities
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Self-starter with high interpersonal skills
