Job Summary
Performance Marketing Specialist needed to lead AI-powered outbound campaigns and hyper-personalized AI video campaigns for a fast-paced SaaS startup. Responsibilities include running cold outbound email campaigns with Instantly and Klaviyo, planning and managing campaign workflows, organizing assets, deploying AI video campaigns via SendPotion, personalizing outreach with AI scripting, and maintaining dashboards. Key metrics include open rates, replies, clicks, booked demos, and activations. Collaboration with Brand & UX for assets, weekly insights, and a strong emphasis on experimentation (A/B testing) and optimization. Requires 3-5+ years in marketing execution, comfort with AI tools, and proven success launching cold-to-conversion campaigns; remote work experience and proficiency with tools like Instantly, Klaviyo, SendPotion, Figma, and Salesforce are a plus. 100% remote with flexible hours and high autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing execution
- experience with Instantly, Klaviyo, SendPotion or similar cold outbound tools
- Figma for light creative work
- experience with AI-driven marketing tools or platforms
- strong writing and creative skills
