Job Summary
Join a fast-growing premium outdoor lighting & heater brand as a Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, scale winning campaigns, analyze creative performance, write ad copy, and collaborate with designers on advertorials. You’ll also track key growth metrics, assist with Pinterest and TikTok ad expansion, ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup, and support creative testing with the Creative Strategist. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads and a strong analytical mindset.
