Job Summary
Develop an integrated communications campaign for marketing windows by optimizing paid acquisition channels across search, social, and programmatic to drive revenue growth and ROI. Manage relationships with media agencies, ad platform reps, and analytics vendors while overseeing creative production and brand governance across all digital touchpoints. Own the media budget allocation, lead quarterly forecasting, and execute measurement frameworks including conversion tracking, attribution, and incrementality testing to diagnose performance and optimize spend. Direct the brand's organic and AI-search visibility while delivering quantifiable improvements in return on ad spend and customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing budget, strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels
- Hands-on, in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing sponsored placements or ad spend on delivery platforms (Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar)
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition and re-engagement campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Deep understanding of marketing and incrementality testing across owned and third-party channels
- Well versed in using digital analytics tools, including tagging, with exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized
- Strong understanding of the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem and how its platforms connect, and how data moves across the stack
- Fluent in using AI tools to sharpen analysis and maximize media effectiveness
- Experience overseeing a brand's website and digital presence
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Critical thinker and creative
- This is a hybrid position: Monday-Wednesday in our Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote
