Job Summary
Manage and be responsible for the performance of all relevant online marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels. Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy through campaign and media planning, creative development, and growth hacking via constant testing. Analyze paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization and budget planning aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness. Drive growth in acquisition, retention, and branding for the North America market while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products, proficiency in Google Analytics and Branch.io/Appsflyer, and Mandarin language proficiency for markets in the region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience
- Proven track record of driving significant growth with marketing efficiency
- Proficient in managing campaigns across the following advertising platforms - Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels
- Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/ Appsflyer
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret and act on data insights
- Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning the problem and developing the solution
- AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
Desired Qualifications
- Language proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) would be preferred as this role will focus on Mandarin speaking markets
