Job Summary

Performance Marketing Manager – Programmatic (Amazon DSP) responsible for all Amazon DSP marketing activities of existing and future customers, including planning, steering, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet defined performance goals. Develop campaign strategies, manage client communications on advertising strategies and results, support other campaign managers to improve processes, and contribute to expanding the consulting/service portfolio with new market/technology developments. Opportunities for career advancement within a diverse, international team and a modern Hamburg office, with flexible hours and remote work options. Requires 2-4 years in performance marketing, expertise in social/display/programmatic advertising (Amazon DSP beneficial), strong analytical and communication skills, and self-motivation. English proficiency is required; additional German or French is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing
  • in-depth know-how in social or display/programmatic advertising (Amazon DSP experience beneficial)
  • analytical with good technical understanding and quality/solution orientation
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German or French is beneficial
  • self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • ability to present complex contexts clearly to clients
