Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Performance Marketing Manager responsible for owning paid acquisition strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging platforms). Build full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies, launch campaigns from scratch with structured campaign architecture, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. Drive funnel optimization, budget efficiency, and revenue growth through continuous testing (A/B tests for creatives, headlines, audiences, bidding strategies) and cross-channel analytics (GA4, GTM). Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content teams, and Designers to align paid media with organic marketing and content funnels. Monitor and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS; generate insights and actionable recommendations; produce performance reports and scalable growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience
- Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong B2B lead generation background with measurable results
- Core skills in PPC strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, attribution models
- Experience with GA4 and GTM
- Ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results
- Strong ad copywriting and testing skills
