Job Summary
Manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and additional channels by setting up, monitoring, and optimizing performance to drive ROAS and growth. Constantly rotate creative assets based on results and execute tests on creatives, channels, and media products to achieve targets. Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team and Senior Performance Marketing Manager to ensure optimal content performance while coordinating organic social media posting. Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing products to continuously learn and innovate.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing conversion or ROAS-based Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- You can share learnings on what has worked and what has not
- You have a practical understanding of Meta and Google ads, especially regarding conversion-based campaigns
- You have a passion for optimization to drive performance targets
- You have an eye for ad creatives that drive ROAS and sales
- You have a proactive attitude and you enjoy problem-solving and constant change
- You are a self-starter who can work independently to achieve agreed-upon goals
- You also know how to work effectively as a team member and how to follow instructions
- A relevant degree in business or other relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, computer science), or equivalent practical experience
- Good communication skills in English for cooperating with both technical and creative colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Additional platforms are a big plus (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, X, ad networks)
- Copywriting experience
- Fluent skills in Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese
- Experience in organic audience building in social media
- Experience with Google Analytics or another relevant analytics platform
- Experience with ASO and/or SEO
