Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Teilzeit

Job Summary
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads with a focus on ROAS and CPA; build and iterate Web2App funnels to drive mobile app installs; develop and test new acquisition funnels; analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations; create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with product team; monitor KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC); stay up to date on platform changes and new paid channels.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment
- Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs
- Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup
