Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - hybrid - Regensburg/ Cham

Identify, recruit, and manage relevant creators and brand ambassadors for our beauty brand, while building long-term partnerships with influencers, agencies, and management teams. Plan, execute, and steer influencer campaigns across platforms, negotiating collaborations and coordinating product shipments. Conduct daily communication with stakeholders, monitor trends and competitors, and analyze campaign KPIs to derive optimization measures and present results. Manage ongoing partnerships to ensure a positive creator experience and maintain alignment within the team through regular 1:1s. Work hybrid with three days in our Cham office, leveraging direct impact on revenue growth and scaling international operations.
