Job Summary
Independent management of performance marketing projects for hotel clients including cross-channel paid media strategy, campaign execution across Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google Ads, budget optimization, and analytics/tracking setup. Responsible for data-driven optimization, A/B testing, and delivering insights to clients and internal teams. Collaboration with internal teams and hotel partners; drive innovation in performance marketing services and processes; comfortable with AI tools to enhance planning, analysis, and automation. Fluent in German and English; capable of managing complex campaigns with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least two years of experience in performance marketing (preferably SEA and Paid Social)
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
- Proficiency in German and English; strong communication skills
- AI enthusiasm and ability to integrate AI tools into daily work
- Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven team player
