Job Summary
Performance Marketing Manager for hotel clients responsible for end-to-end paid media initiatives across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and more. Drive cross-channel strategy, plan and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages; apply AI tools to improve planning, analysis, and automation. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and hotel clients to ensure successful project execution, with a focus on lead generation and bookings. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or relevant hotel/tourism experience) and at least two years of performance marketing experience (SEA and Paid Social). Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and strong communication skills in German and English. Location availability includes Berlin, Munich, Lisbon, and Innsbruck with a home-office arrangement tailored to the role.
Required Qualifications
