Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid search & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- 3+ years in a client-facing role with ability to own communication and strategy
- Strong background in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment)
- Proven track record developing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns
- Strategic creativity and problem-solving for fresh approaches
- Detail-oriented with big-picture vision and execution
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to educate new-to-digital marketers
- Experience training or mentoring teammates on paid media best practices
