Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment)
  • Proven track record developing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns
  • Strategic creativity and problem-solving for fresh approaches
  • Detail-oriented with big-picture vision and execution
  • Excellent client communication skills and ability to educate new-to-digital marketers
  • Experience training or mentoring teammates on paid media best practices
